Opening your new pillow

  • Unpack the pillow by carefully removing it from the plastic packaging. Be careful if using scissors to not damage the pillow itself
     

  • Let the pillow air out for 2-4 hours after opening - after all it needs to breathe again
     

  • Allow a full 24-48 hours for it to return to its original shape and firmness

washing instructions

Cover
  • Your pillow comes with two covers made of a soft bamboo blend (40% bamboo and 60% polyester). 
     
  • Machine wash on gentle cycle with similar whites
     
  • Tumble dry on low heat 
     
  • Do not bleach
     
  • Do not dry clean
     
  • Do not iron
Memory foam interior
  • Do not wash
     

  • If there is a stain, you can use a wet washcloth or sponge on it
     

  • Do not put in the washing machine or dryer

  • The memory foam is made of polyurethane which is flammable. Do not expose to flames or other extreme heat sources.
